Zenith Supports The Susan G. Komen Foundation With The New Chronomaster Original Pink

A few days ago Zenith announced its commitment to the Susan G. Komen foundation with the creation of a special edition of one of its historic watches: Chronomaster Original Pink.

Available for the sink only in October, the month dedicated to breast cancer prevention, part of the proceeds will be donated to Susan G. Komen, the world’s most important non-profit organization in the fight against breast cancer.

An important cause for Zenith

For years Zenith has been working to raise awareness of breast cancer, a disease that affects one in eight women indiscriminately and has an impact on countless lives around the world.

In this regard, Zenith takes sides with Susan G. Komen, strengthening the foundation’s commitment to reach more women and to increase global awareness of breast cancer by offering information, hope and support.

About the Maison’s support for the Susan G. Komen foundation, Zenith CEO Julien Tornare said:

The Chronomaster Original Pink will make it possible to significantly fund research and support patients undergoing treatment: being able to contribute to this cause in the coming years is a source of great pride for us ”.

In addition to the special edition Chronomaster Original Pink, Zenith will support Susan G. Komen in the coming years by actively participating in fundraising events, charity auctions and many other initiatives.

In the first of these multiple events, to be held on Sunday 2 October in New York, Zenith will join the foundation in the “Race for the Cure Greater NYC 2022” organized by Komen.

In addition to participating as a timekeeper, the Swiss Maison will see some members of its teams, the press and customers of the Manufacture participate in the race.

The new Zenith Chronomaster Original Pink was created to support the Susan G. Komen and inspired by the collection of retro-styled chronographs launched last year by the Swiss Maison.

Crafted with a 38mm diameter steel case, this chronograph is powered by the latest generation El Primero 3600 high-frequency automatic caliber, capable of measuring time to 1 / 10th of a second.

The distinctive feature of the new Chronomaster Original Pink is given by the splendid metallic pink dial with a “soleil” effect that evokes the color associated with breast cancer awareness throughout the world.

This new special edition of the Chronomaster will not be a limited edition in the number of copies but a limited edition in time: it will in fact be available for purchase only from 1 to 31 October.

During this month dedicated to the annual international breast cancer awareness campaign, the watch will be available for purchase exclusively in Zenith’s online and physical boutiques around the world.

With a list price of CHF 9,900, corresponding to approximately EUR 10,200, the Manufacture will donate 20% of the sales proceeds directly to Susan G. Komen.
