Let’s discover together the newly unveiled novelties, as well as the new Tanks we told you about in a dedicated article.

Panthère de Cartier: Luxury for Women

In this edition of Watches and Wonders, the Panthère de Cartier collection is enriched with two extraordinary Panthères, dedicated to a contemporary and sophisticated femininity. The first Panthère is a tribute to the classic form: available in yellow or pink gold, it is distinguished by the presence of brilliant-cut diamonds set along the bezel and bracelet, creating a semi-pavé effect that gently fades toward the clasp. The overall aesthetic is that of a wrist jewel, but one that does not sacrifice portability and practicality, thanks to a slim case made possible by the quartz movement.

But the real twist comes with a Panthère that redefines the boundaries between watch and jewelry: a hybrid creation in which the panther takes on graphic traits inspired by zebra and tiger, transforming into a fantastical creature. The bracelet, studded with diamonds set by hand in intricate sequences, displays chromatic and geometric workmanship that recalls the striations of wild felines.

Behind this marvel lies craftsmanship of the highest order. The lacquering of the dial, the snow setting of the 145 diamonds, the perfect balance between smooth surfaces and precious textures-every detail is handcrafted in Cartier’s Maison des Métiers d’Art. Not to be outdone is the Panthère bracelet, composed of 314 brilliant-cut diamonds and 86 spessartite diamonds, whose warm tones match harmoniously with the rose gold. Up to 110 hours of work are required to complete this masterpiece, a testament to the maison’s rigor and dedication.

Closing the Panthère overview is an even more spectacular jewel-watch that fully embodies the identity of the collection. The Toi & Moi bracelet depicts a three-dimensional panther that appears to leap inside the dial. Offered in yellow or white gold, this piece is a tribute to goldsmithing sculpture: the white gold version, set with 1100 diamonds, requires as many as 230 hours of workmanship.

Cartier Tressage: In Praise of Elegance

Another great new feature of this Watches & Wonders 2025 is the Cartier Tressage collection. The term tressage, reminiscent of weaving, is perfectly consistent with the design of the watch, in which each element seems to weave fluidly into the next.

The collection consists of four variants, all of which share an elegant and modern structure. The vertical, elongated and slightly domed brancards wrap the wrist with discreet sensuality. The dial, framed by a rectangular case but with softened lines, is offered in smooth or snow-set diamond pavé versions. In particular, the contrast between the yellow gold and the brilliance of the stones creates a striking visual impact, catching the light at every angle.

But Tressage is also a tribute to memory: in the softness of the forms and the measured elegance, one glimpses the aesthetic legacy of Jeanne Toussaint, a legendary figure in Cartier’s history, who in 1933 was the first woman to hold the position of Creative Director of the Maison.

Price lists

As for the Panthère models, the list price for the yellow gold and rose gold versions is $44,600 for both in the “small” size. The rose gold diamond version with black lacquer dial and the diamond-studded Panthère jewel watch are priced upon request. The Tressage model starts at a list price of $40,000 for the yellow gold model, up to $134,000 for the more expensive version with diamonds and sapphires.
