One hundred days before the start of the Milan Cortina 2026 Winter Olympic Games, Omega presents an exclusive edition of its celebrated chronograph: the Speedmaster Milano Cortina 2026.

A timepiece that symbolically combines watchmaking tradition, contemporary design and sportsmanship, once again sealing the deep connection between the Swiss Maison and the Olympic world.

A history written in time

Since 1932, Omega has been the Official Timekeeper of the Olympic Games, a role that has transformed the company into a major player in the technological evolution of sports timekeeping.

The first experience at the Winter Games was in 1936, in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, when the brand brought along a small case containing 27 mechanical stopwatches. It was the beginning of a silent revolution that would forever change the way athletic performance was measured.

Over the course of more than nine decades, Omega has introduced decisive innovations-from photocell and photofinish systems to modern wearable transmitters and sophisticated motion analysis software. Each advance has helped make sports results more fair, accurate and verifiable.

At Milan Cortina, Omega will bring this technological legacy to the heart of 116 competitions in 8 sports, including for the first time ski mountaineering, a discipline that perfectly embodies the balance between endurance, technique and passion for the mountains.

The Speedmaster Milan Cortina 2026

A symbol of Omega’s collection, the Speedmaster has been synonymous with performance and reliability for decades, also famous for being the first watch worn on the moon. With the new edition dedicated to the Italian Games, the Maison offers a unique reinterpretation of its iconic 38mm model.

The fully polished stainless steel case gives an understated yet bold presence on the wrist. The blue ceramic bezel with white enamel tachymeter scale echoes the colors of the official Milan Cortina 2026 logo, evoking the purity of snow and the depth of Alpine skies.

The white lacquered dial is embellished with a light blue icy effect, a texture that catches the light like freshly laid snow crystals. A sinuous line crosses the dial, tracing a pattern inspired by the number “2” in the Olympic logo: a subtle but meaningful detail, a symbol of continuity, movement and union.

The lacquered counters feature a refined “azurage” finish, reminiscent of freshly groomed ski slopes, while the seconds hand fades to blue in an elegant and dynamic graphic gesture. The words “Milano Cortina 2026” appear in the date window at 6 o’clock, giving the dial an exclusive and instantly recognizable signature.

On the case back, Omega has engraved a medallion with the official logo of the Games-a permanent tribute to the event that celebrates the value of time, sport, and precision.

The steel bracelet , on the other hand, alternates between polished and satin-finished surfaces and incorporates the patented comfort adjustment system, which allows immediate and precise adaptation to wrist size, combining aesthetics and functionality.

Technology and mechanical mastery

Inside the Speedmaster Milano Cortina 2026 is the Co-Axial caliber 3330, an automatic movement with silicon balance spring, column wheel and a 52-hour power reserve.

Co-Axial technology, introduced by Omega in the late 1990s, reduces friction between the movement parts, providing greater chronometric stability and durability than traditional mechanisms.

A manifesto of values

This watch is a manifesto of shared values between Omega and the Olympic world. Precision, determination, technical excellence and respect for time (the same time that marks the athletes’ preparation and the public’s anticipation) become narrative elements of an object destined to leave a mark.

With the Speedmaster Milano Cortina 2026, Omega is not only celebrating the 100 days to the start of the Games, but also reaffirming its mission as the “keeper” of sports time, interweaving watchmaking art, design and innovation with a passion for competition.

A timepiece that, like every great Olympic feat, was created to remind us that true victory is being able to measure each moment with the same intensity with which you live it.

Available at Omega boutiques and select retailers, the Speedmaster Milano Cortina 2026 is part of the permanent collection and is offered at a price of €6,800
