Dear friends of IWS, as usual at this time of year, the much followed and beloved Sanremo Festival takes place in Italy.
For this 75th edition, the Italian Song Festival features 29 artists who are bringing unreleased songs to the stage on each night along with the participation of many internationally renowned guests.
But also taking the stage at the Ariston Theater, along with the singers and guests, are the clocks that will certainly not have escaped the most attentive eyes of hand-wringing enthusiasts.
At this point, it only remains for me to take you to discover the timepieces we managed to unearth during these first evenings of the Sanremo Festival.
Carlo Conti and Gerry Scotti: Rolex
Alessandro Cattelan: Audemars Piguet
TV host Alessandro Cattelan, during the first evenings of the Sanremo Festival, alternated between two different Audemars Piguets on his wrist.
Miriam Leone: Omega
On the wrist of actress and former Miss Italy Miriam Leone, an Omega De Ville Trésor in Moonshine gold took its place instead.
Francesco Silvestre: Rolex
Gabriele Corsi: Wyler Vetta
On the wrist of host Gabriele Corsi, we got to observe a Wyler Vetta Jumbostar Chrono in steel.
Gianmarco Tamberi: Omega
During the San Remo Festival appearance of Olympic champion Gianmarco Tamberi, we saw an Omega Speedmaster Moonwatch in Canopus gold and diamonds on his wrist.
Gué: Cartier
Rapper Gué, on the other hand, opted for a steel Santos de Cartier embellished with diamonds.
Edward Leo: Audemars Piguet
Actor Edoardo Leo, during his appearance at the Sanremo Festival, was accompanied by his Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Chrono 38 mm in steel.
Stash: Patek Philippe and Rolex
Instead, Stash, of “The Kolors,” sported as many as two completely unique watches during the first two nights of the Sanremo Festival.
Tony Effe: Audemars Piguet
Instead, on Tony Effe’s wrist we got to observe an Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Chronograph in yellow gold, a limited edition made with 1017 ALYX 9SM.
